Dick has been a developer of desktop solutions for 25 years.  Using Excel and Access in conjunction with SQL Server and SharePoint, Dick develops custom systems for departmental use within major corporations in Canada and the U.S., including Microsoft.

Dick is a member of the Office 14 Developer Advisory Council and has been a member of the Access Insiders, The Office.NET Advisory Council and the VSTO  SDR.  He has also written several articles for Microsoft and has two White Papers on Excel and Access currently pending for publication at Microsoft.com and has spoken at Office conferences throughout the U.S. as well as in Australia, the U.K. and Holland.
